FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS!
Welcome to our Buyer's Resources page! Here you'll find everything you need to make informed decisions about buying land—from FAQs and guides to payment and financing options.

01 How do I start the process of buying land from Acre Alert?

To start, simply browse our available properties on the Acre Alert website. Once you find a piece of land you’re interested in, click on the listing for more details. From there, you can either contact us directly to ask questions or click the "Buy Now" button to begin the purchase process. We'll guide you through the next steps, including payment options and any necessary paperwork.
02 What documents will I receive during purchasing the property?
Prior to purchase, you will receive a copy of the current deed made out to Acre Alert, a copy of our business license, and a copy of the most recent tax bill. These documents verify that we are the sole owner of record and provide full transparency regarding the property.

After the purchase, the county assessor will send the official deed to the address you’ve provided, either for you or your company. This entire process typically takes 30-45 days from the date of purchase.

03 Do I need a real estate agent or lawyer to buy this land?
A real estate agent or lawyer is not required for purchasing land from Acre Alert. Most land deals are completed using a Quit Claim Deed, which can be transferred to the new owner through a Purchase Agreement or Contract of Deed, a Notarized County Quit Claim Deed Form, and a Property Transfer Affidavit. This process is simple and efficient. However, if you feel more comfortable having legal or real estate advice, you can consult with a professional at any time.
04 Can I view the property in person before purchasing?
Yes, you can visit the property. These are vacant lots, so feel free to walk the land, speak with neighbors, and confirm onsite utility connections. We encourage you to get a feel for the property before making a decision. Remember, the property will be yours one day, so it’s important to ensure it meets your expectations!
